New Year!!!!!! Resolutions???? I don't really have many, I already quit smoking (except cigars) but I only have one every other week. Slowed down drinking (well considering what I used to do on ships.) So I guess it's going to be going to the gym. I know it sounds crazy, gym....ooooooo.....the gym, THE GYM!
I stopped around September because we moved and since the club closest to me was a Sport instead of my normal one(24hr fitness) it couldn't transfer. I know, I know....excuses.
But now that i work for MGM i get a nice pay as you go for 24hr fitness. So hopefully my plan works. I'll swim or bike...or maybe even take a class, for cardio. Then my normal weights and stretching to finish it off!!!!
And maybe, just maybe I'll be doing the 300 workout again. Hey, I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'.
